Supervise recruitment and selection, inductions, staff training, appraisals, budget control, financial planning and credit control.  Attend monthly Board Meetings.

Interesting facts

Served with the Air Training Corps (ATC) for four years from 1986 to 1989 and achieving rank of Flight Sergeant.  Awarded an RAF Marksman certificate and received the coveted Best Female Air Cadet Award in 1987 and 1988.  Taken afternoon tea with the Queen of England and also attended one of the Queen's garden parties at Buckingham Palace.
