Solar Solve Marine’s conscientious staff work to written Quality Procedures that cover every task they perform at our factory in South Shields. From the moment an enquiry is received, quotation issued, order documentation raised and processed, item manufactured - tested - identified - packed & dispatched, right through to the collating and filing of other documentation and records which are retained for a minimum of five years.
These very demanding quality control procedures are constantly checked and updated to ensure that all of our products meet the highest possible standards.
Every item produced is individually checked, tested and uniquely numbered before leaving the factory.
Enquiries, quotes and order acknowledgments are dealt with immediately and ALWAYS within 24 hours (excl. Weekends & Bank Holidays)
All of our products are made to customer specification. Whilst our normal despatch is 5 working days, we can despatch urgent orders within 24 hours, to any destination in the world. For smaller orders received before 10am we can usually despatch the same day.
