CUSTOMER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, TESTIMONIALS. WORTH SHOUTING ABOUT?

You can call them what you like but when customers contact your business to say how pleased they are with your products and service it’s a great feeling.  It’s not just a great feeling, it is a significant achievement and should be a positive influence on the future performance of everyone involved with having made it all happen.

This week I have submitted 12 Customer Commendations, received over the last 10 weeks, to our marketing team to be added to the 150 that are already displayed on the TESTIMONIALS page of the www.solasolv.com website. 12 commendations in 10 weeks is not bad considering the Christmas and New Year holiday breaks were within the period.

For the team here at Solar Solve, it is so very satisfying to know that some customers are so pleased with our products and service that they will go to the time and trouble of letting us know how well we performed.  It’s actually the opposite of what most organisations expect, which is that customers only get in touch if they have a complaint.  However, you only have to visit a card shop to see all of the various ‘Thank You’ cards that are available, to know it is not the case.

At Solar Solve, because of our 30-year reputation as the creator, sole manufacturer and supplier of the global marine industry’s brand leading SOLASOLV instantly retractable roller sunscreens, we can only assume that we get very few negative comments because there is nothing for our customers to be negative about.

Now that is something that is worth shouting about!!
